Bay Area Peace Lantern Ceremony
Annual Bay Area Japanese Lantern Ceremony for World Peace, held in early August at Aquatic Park, Berkeley. Free, all ages. Come decorate lantern shades, hear music and brief remarks, watch candle-lit lanterns floating on the lagoon at dusk.
