Hello and welcome. My name is Derek Drayer and I am a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at the University of Florida. I will be graduating in December of 2013. My research interests include International Trade, Industrial Organization, and Applied Econometrics

I am a Ph.D. candidate at Yale University studying taphonomy and paleobiology under the guidance of Dr. Derek Briggs. Taphonomy - or the study of processes that affect an organism between death and fossilization - is my primary interest. Specifically, I f
