Highmeadow Civic Association
The Highmeadow Civic Association (HMCA) is one of the oldest in the nation and is located in Middletown Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. HMCA sponsors Christmas, Easter, and Halloween parties, a Pig and Crab Feast, and many other activities.
